  FireWire 800 Cables and ConnectorsOur FireWire 800 cable range includes Beta and Bilingual types. The Beta cables feature two 9 Pin connectors and supports data transfer speeds of up to 800Mbps. They allow FireWire 800 devices to be connected to a FireWire 800 interface.The Bilingual cables support speeds of up to 400Mbps and can be used to connect legacy FireWire 400 devices to the newer FireWire 800 interface. For compatibility with a wide range of FireWire peripherals, these cables feature a 9 Pin Bilingual connector on one end and either a 4 Pin or 6 Pin connector on the other. A full range of FireWire cables is also available.
